DONT SPLASH progression is split across run rewards, lobby upgrades, equipment unlocks and supplies, Roblox game passes, seasonal systems, and badges. Plan each one from the screen that owns it. A settlement-panel coin line is not a permanent upgrade, a Max pass does not automatically unlock its tool, and a badge description is not an unlock walkthrough.

This hub links four focused resources and gives you a safe spending order: learn a reliable route, separate repeatable income from temporary bonuses, buy only the tool or upgrade that fixes a repeated failure, and check the official pass or badge record before trusting a third-party list.

Progression index

Earn before optimizing

Complete routes with basic tools before buying around a guess. Settlement panels can include a rooms-cleared line, escape reward, rescues, daily or first-escape bonuses, and temporary multipliers. Map length and difficulty matter. Farm’s eighteen stages do not use the same rooms-cleared total as nine-room Poolrooms or ten-room Bathhouse.

Use Normal as the clearest comparison baseline once the route is readable. Easy panels state a reduced coin rule, while Hard and monster settings can add bonuses. A larger theoretical payout is not progress when repeated failures prevent the settlement.

Record the lines, not only the total. That makes it possible to distinguish a repeatable route reward from a daily or limited benefit that will not appear on the next run.

Spend by failure type

If a basic lure cannot reach safe water, Throwing Range matches the problem. If one pebble does not create enough distraction, Pebble Skipping may help. If a squad’s rescue begins but finishes too slowly, Rescue Speed fits. If the team cannot start the pull from safe ground, Rope Reach is more relevant.

Do not buy Toy Battery, Flare Radius, or rope upgrades for equipment you do not own or carry. Current upgrade panels can lock those paths behind the corresponding tool. Read NOW, NEXT, and the displayed price before each level.

An extra tool slot can provide more flexibility than improving one number. The official pass inventory lists a 4th Tool Slot and 5th Tool Slot separately. Decide whether the real limitation is tool strength or the inability to carry prevention and rescue together.

Keep coins and Robux decisions separate

Coins or Cash are the in-experience progression wallet shown across run and shop screens. Robux purchases belong to Roblox prompts and include game passes, supply packs, or other paid actions. A similar name does not make the currencies interchangeable.

Check whether a coin purchase is an unlock, refill, or upgrade. Check whether a Robux purchase is a permanent pass, a limited seasonal benefit, or a consumable use. The official game-pass endpoint confirms pass identities and descriptions but does not provide every current price, so the live purchase dialog is the only safe final quote.

Never buy from a third-party website or share account credentials for a reward. Use the official place and Roblox purchase surface.

Read the official pass list

The current official endpoint returns thirteen pass records. Stable categories include 2x Cash, Rescue Rope, fourth and fifth tool slots, six permanent Max upgrade passes, All Upgrades Maxed, and seasonal Fall and Halloween packs. The Fall Pack record says its temporary 2x cash and free self-revive run until November 14, with permanent cosmetics; the Halloween Pack is marked off sale and its dated benefit ended October 31.

Those descriptions are the reliable scope. Prices and sale presentation can still change. Open Game Passes for the ID-level index and buying questions.

Treat seasonal progression as dated

Farm introduced pumpkins and a Farm-only shop in current walkthroughs. Several items and an upgrade track are visible, but the complete stock, milestones, persistence, and post-event availability were not fully documented. Do not fold pumpkins into the ordinary coin wallet or assume Farm purchases work in Poolrooms and Bathhouse.

The November 7 update and November 14 event card may alter rewards, shops, modes, or equipment. The official card confirms that an update is scheduled; it does not confirm every feature claimed by screenshots. Read Updates before spending for a limited benefit.

Use badges as achievements, not progression promises

The official badge endpoint currently returns one enabled badge: Behind the Tiles, with the description Someone left the radio on. The record proves the badge exists and players have earned it. It does not publish the room, interaction, reward, or route.

Do not buy an item or follow a secret-room claim solely to chase the badge. A reliable method needs a reproducible current run or first-party instruction. The Badges page keeps the official record and changing counters separate from unverified theories.

A practical spending order

First, learn Poolrooms with pebbles and complete a route. Second, identify whether the repeated failure is lure reach, lure duration, emergency control, or rescue. Third, buy the smallest current coin option that tests the solution. Fourth, run the same map and difficulty again before investing another level.

Consider Robux only after confirming that the benefit is permanent, applies to the tool or map you use, and is better than an ordinary coin path. Seasonal countdowns reduce the value of temporary benefits as their end approaches.

Keep a reserve for supplies. An upgrade on an empty tool does not help the next run.

Progression facts that still need live checks

Exact current coin prices for every equipment item and upgrade level, the full Farm pumpkin shop, milestone rewards, new Bathhouse equipment, pass prices, multiplier stacking, and the Behind the Tiles method remain update-sensitive or incomplete. Unknown fields stay unknown rather than being filled from a single undated claim.

Use the checked date on each child page and compare it with the game’s latest build record. A changed menu is a reason to reread the screen, not a reason to preserve an old number.

Frequently asked questions

What should I buy first?

Use basic pebbles until you can name the repeated failure. Then buy the tool or first upgrade that directly addresses it. Squad-only rescue value should not drive a solo purchase.

Are Coins and Cash different?

Current community observations treat the result-screen Coins and shop Cash as the same persistent wallet. Confirm the balance movement in your current UI because the official public description does not define the terminology.

Do passes replace coin upgrades?

Some Max passes permanently set an upgrade family to level 3/3, but tool ownership, supplies, and other upgrade families remain separate unless the pass description says otherwise.
